its 180 if you have an upgrade, if not maybe check out craigslist

You could be eligible for the discounted pricing ($179.99) but you’d have to check in your account to be sure. You can do this online using your My.T-Mobile.com account (upgrade is under Shop) or you can contact customer care to have them check it for you.

that’s what I paid for my upgrade. that’s like the cheapest you’ll find them at. on ebay they go for upwards of $500.00. Just go with the Upgrade price, you won’t find it any lower else where…unless you wait for like a year or so.
