androiddevelopers asked:
Watch Android engineers demonstrate that applications on Android exist without borders. Apps on Android can access core mobile device functionality through standard APIs. Through intents, apps can announce their capabilities for other apps to use.

This is really cool!
The Future is on it’s way! Think of a small multipurpose tool that simplifies your everyday doing and stuff you rarely does!
joaovrsa: i agree w/ you, “Stop thinking Windows and it all will become clear”!

superpeca was talking about the iphone, not the G1, saying the iPhone was dead already and would only not disappear because it is a fashion item, which it always was.
also, iPhone was never “the best” – it was already surpassed by Nokia models when it came out, not to speak of other brands.

It’s just a matter of telling them you want “this picture” printed on the back, and send them the QRcode image you generated on some website.
Google: qrcode generator
The one from nfggames is great (add nfggames to the search).

Stop thinking Windows and it’ll become clear.
It’s called dependencies, and it’s widely used in Linux.
Some apps require other apps to be installed so they can use their functionality – this reduces the space used and old apps can get partially updated sooner.
Packet managers (installers) usually get the needed apps when the program you’re trying to get needs them.
There also are many apps that can’t be used by themselves, and exist only to be used by others.

They way he’s holding the phone and showing us where the T-Rex is, it should be in the opposite direction.

By ilhasuteezy, December 18, 2008 @ 11:38 pm
superpeca….. no…. lol maybe to you there are better devices, and I’m sick of the iphone comparison that’s just making the iphone seem like the best of all phones. To each his own opinion but Android and the G1 of course have so much potential and so much more to look forward to it’s not even right to say it’s dead….

By superpeca, December 27, 2008 @ 9:54 pm
I’m sick of people saying “This is going to kill iPhone” all the time. IT’S DEAD ALREADY!!! There are so many better devices on the market NOW. It will always stay a fashion item so it wont dissapear but hey…
